Imran is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced tax professional with several years of practical tax experience. Imran works with a wide range of owner-managed clients, advising on all aspects of corporate tax planning including international tax considerations. He has a wealth of experience in advising clients on income tax planning and profit extraction, VAT issues, company sales, mergers & acquisitions, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, UK charitable trusts. He works with organisations across a wide range of sectors.
Outside work Imran enjoys family holidays and dining out with friends. He is a keen cricket supporter and enjoys watching many sports. Imran has been married for over ten years with two daughters and is a trustee of a local charity.
Dilwar Hussain ACCA
Dilwar is a Chartered Accountant in the firm’s London office where he leads the Not For Profit sector, Accounts and Audit teams. During a career spanning more than 10 years, Dilwar has built lasting relationships with some of the industry’s most talented owner managed business and Not For Profit organisations. He has extensive knowledge and experience as a Chartered Accountant having worked in Industry as well as practice. His previous employers Include GallifordTry PLC and Mace LTD.
While Dilwar works with a range of Not for Profit organisations and charities, he also advises many small to mid-sized growing businesses. Typically it is his strong commercial focus and significant sector insight that are most valued by the owners with whom he works. Dilwar is usually the first port of call for his clients when they are grappling with not only accounting/tax issues but with strategic issues. Whether it is growth, succession planning or expanding overseas, Dilwar thrives on solving problems and helping his clients build lasting businesses.
Outside of work Dilwar enjoys spending time with his extended family and is a keen Tottenham Hotspurs supporter and avid footballer. Dilwar is also a committee member of his local residents association and is involved in supporting local charities. Dilwar has now been happily married for over three years with one boy, but wishes to have more children in the future.
